The dust collection hopper features a double-layer structure with an octagonal design, boasting a capacity exceeding 30m³. The top windproof baffle has an opening no smaller than 5m×5m and a height of at least 1.0m.
The upper opening of the dust collection hopper shows no significant dust spillage, meeting environmental protection requirements. The hopper is equipped with a baghouse dust collector, strategically positioned for optimal performance. The filter bags are made of anti-static, easy-to-clean, waterproof, and oil-resistant fabric. The motor, fan, valves, air tank, and air pipes are arranged in areas inaccessible to the grab bucket, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.
The internal wall angles of the hopper are no less than 50 degrees. Both the upper and lower parts of the hopper are equipped with access doors for convenient entry to replace components and inspect for material buildup. The access doors allow easy entry without requiring personnel to climb over the hopper, preventing accidents.
The dust collection hopper is fitted with a dust-sealing system (i.e., a sealed grille) made of wear-resistant rubber baffles, which are treated to be anti-static. After material passes through, the rubber baffles automatically reset to "seal" the hopper, preventing dust dispersion. The dust-sealing system can withstand the weight of the grab bucket.
The wear-resistant liner is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and is bolted to the hopper body. The hopper is equipped with a vibration motor to prevent material blockage and adhesion to the walls. A pressure-relief buffer hood is installed above the lower outlet of the hopper. An electric actuated valve is fitted at the hopper outlet to regulate material flow.
