Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the layout, printing, copying, binding, sealing, and commissioning of bidding documents; 2. Timely update and summarize business information such as company honors, qualifications, and performance; 3. Responsible for summarizing key information and categorizing technical documents for bidding projects of the Ministry of Commerce; 4. Responsible for actively coordinating with relevant departments of the company on issues arising during the preparation of bidding documents, ensuring timely submission of bidding documents; 5. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
