
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
After sales service commitment:
1. The company has a comprehensive after-sales service system, strengthened quality management, improved quality assurance system, and strictly implements the relevant provisions of GB3811 "Crane Design Specification" and GB6067 "Crane Safety Regulations" standards. Ensure that the factory products are controlled in accordance with GB/T19001-ISO9001 standards from design, development, manufacturing to after-sales service. Strict factory testing and inspection, timely provision of high-quality products with reliable quality.
2. At the initial stage of equipment delivery (within 2 months), the bidder shall dispatch 1-2 technical specialists (mechanical and electrical) to provide on-site tracking and monitoring services to assist the relevant personnel of the tenderer in mastering the safe operation of the gantry crane and troubleshooting technical services.
3. During the quality assurance period of the contracted equipment, the bidder shall regularly (at intervals of no more than 3 months) send personnel to inspect the operation of the equipment, conduct regular free routine inspections of the machines, and eliminate potential equipment hazards.
4. After the warranty period expires, the maintenance and spare parts of the equipment are willing to be provided at a price lower than the market procurement cost and will be repaired for life. Specific details:
① After the warranty period expires, if the equipment malfunctions, the bidder shall respond within the service period and send personnel to the tenderer's site to help troubleshoot, repair or replace parts in a timely manner after receiving notification from the tenderer. If qualified parts need to be purchased, a cost fee shall be charged at the discretion of the bidder.
② During the normal operation period of the equipment, the bidder shall visit users irregularly to conduct inspections on the condition of the equipment. The tracking, follow-up, and maintenance services for the owner's equipment shall not exceed a 6-month interval and no service fees shall be charged.
③ Our company ensures the reserve and supply of qualified components during the normal operation period of the crane.
5. The preferential conditions and degree that can be provided to users (supply of spare parts, specialized tools, etc.):
① During the warranty period, normal damaged parts will be provided free of charge (vulnerable parts such as dust bags are not included in the scope of free provision).
② After the warranty period expires, provide spare parts supply for at least 5 years, and charge fees based on the original contract component cost price.
After sales personnel and equipment support measures:
Our company has an after-sales service department and currently has an experienced and strong emergency response team of 15 people. They have rich experience in solving many difficult and complicated problems in emergency response of some projects.
