The container lifting device features a structural design controlled by semi-automatic or automatic elastic tension locks. The entire operation process of the lifting device does not require the use of auxiliary components, making it a purely mechanical mechanism.

The container lifting device features a structural design controlled by semi-automatic or automatic elastic tension locks. The entire operation process of the lifting device does not require the use of auxiliary components, making it a purely mechanical mechanism. The locking mechanism of the lifting device's load-bearing beam is driven by the elastic tension lock, which moves the rack to open and close the lock head, thereby facilitating the operation of the lifting device. This improves the efficiency of container loading and unloading operations.

The lifting device consists of: lifting device body + lifting device upper frame → connected together via pins.

The lifting device upper frame has four lock pins;

The container lifting device (main body) and the hook beam (which contains the hook) are both rectangular, with four lock holes at the corners, which correspond exactly to the lock pins on the lifting device upper frame; they can be interchanged (the container lifting device and the hook beam can share the same lifting device upper frame);

When the gantry crane is lifting general cargo, the container lifting device can be removed by rotating the pins on the lifting device upper frame, replacing the hook beam, rotating the pins, inserting the pins, and securing the hook beam, thereby enabling the lifting of general cargo.
